FAQ

Where is the store based?
Vancouver, WA
-
Do you take commissions/custom orders?
Commissions are closed indefinitely and likely will not reopen outside of extenuating circumstances as I prefer to pick my own projects. (No exceptions to this unfortunately) However I keep my patterns and files and will revisit previous art dolls on rotation.

I don't see the art doll I want in the store.
I remove sold listings from here 6 months from the sell date. There is no hidden stockroom, everything I have available is listed here already. If something is not in the store at all it has sold or was in an auction that has ended. Auctions are conducted via Google Forms and linked to via all my social media accounts when an auction is underway, they will also be at the very top of my Linktree when active.
Most if not all of my fanart dolls are auctioned this way, while my original dolls will go in this store for set prices. If something receives no bids it will only then be added to the store, although it will be higher than the starting bid. If you are interested in future art dolls I recommend following me on Instagram, Twitter or Tumblr or filling out this Newsletter form to receive email alerts whenever I have a new art doll available.

I want to make my own. Do you sell the files or bases?
I don't sell digital files for 3D printed parts or sewing patterns and will likely not do so as I have seen too many fellow artists have their files stolen and then sold by other people on online marketplaces.
In the future I may sell already printed base kits, no ETA but stay tuned. -
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I ship to Canada, most of the EU, UK(See next question), Australia, New Zealand and some east Asian countries.
Currently the countries I can ship to are as follows:
Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and Thailand.Unavailable countries will show a very large shipping fee in checkout. If you see this, I am unable to ship to you and you will need to hire a mail referral service. As my art dolls are high priced items I am limited to only directly shipping to countries with reliable mail service, that I can easily get insurance coverage for.
If you are having any issues with a combined shipping quote, feel free to reach out to me! My shipping prices reflect the actual cost of shipping and I do not wish to overcharge, I'm happy to work with you on multiple/larger orders to get you the lowest rate and give partial refunds in case I can fit you under a lower rate tier.

Please keep the laws and regulations of your country's customs agency in mind. I am not responsible for any customs fees incurred due to your country's laws and regulations. I do NOT collect VAT via this storefront whatsoever so expect to pay customs fees when you receive your item. I am also not able to mark your package as Gift. -
Do you ship to the UK?
Due to changes in UK VAT tax laws, I only accept orders to the UK via this storefront that are minimum £135 pounds in total item value. This does not include shipping or other fees. For orders over this amount, there is no change. However you will be expected to pay any import taxes or fees upon receiving any order.
-
Do you ship to Germany?
Due to new VerpackG requirements orders to Germany will be closed until further notice.
-
How long will it take to receive my order?
I usually ship out within 3-5 days of receiving an order. All orders are shipped with a tracking number included and with insurance. You will receive this in an email as soon as I ship out your order. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.
----------------
USA, domestic:

Priority mail takes about 2-5 days to arrive.
----------------
International:
First class mail international takes about 1-3 weeks to arrive. -
What is the Handling fee I'm seeing in checkout?
This is Storenvy's listing fee and not one I set myself.
Unlike other platforms that use a percentage of the item value that increases indefinitely at anywhere between 5%-10%, Storenvy's fee has a hard cap at $5 which allows me to keep my prices lower by not having to integrate fees.
There is also no sales tax for all non-WA residents!

I received my order but the box/item was damaged in shipping. What should I do?
All my orders are shipped with insurance and photo/video evidence will help with any insurance claim. If you receive a box with obvious shipping damage, please take photos/video of the box before you open it (with closeups of the label) and document steps of opening the box, and damage to the item. I make sure to use plenty of bubble wrap so most likely the item will be fine if there is minor box damage, but this is a good preventative measure. I recommend every customer to do this just in case.
